News | Henley Festival - Art, Music & more
Following Henley’s Royal Regatta comes The Henley Festival which celebrates international and UK music, arts and comedy. The iconic blue and white marquees from Regatta remain in situ and are filled with all manner of artist’s exhibiting an array of artworks. Not forgetting of course Henley’s love for food and drink, there are a number of restaurants and bars to accompany the event, with an evening dress code once again of black tie and ladies in evening dress.
This charitable event stages a number of musicians from pop to classical and beyond. Last year saw Elton John perform on its famous floating stage, with years before that bringing performances by Sting, Olly Murs, Madness, Tom Jones and so many more.

This year’s line-up includes All Saints, The Pet Shop Boys, Chaka Khan, Goldie plus comedians Joel Dommett, Sara Pascoe, Paul Zenon to name just a few. With the roaming troops of entertainers mingling amidst the crowds as they roam the attractions it can almost feel surreal.

Every evening ends with a spectacular fireworks display to light up the river and provides the perfect end to a unique evening. As well as five nights of evening performances and fireworks there is a daytime entry on Sunday for families to also enjoy the Festival Art Exhibitions.
