All orders will be sent using either Royal Mail or Collect+ and will be tracked with proof of postage and signature on receipt for piece of mind. Once dispatched, customers will receive email notification along with the courier service and tracking number. Unless otherwise requested, your parcel may be left with a neighbour if there is no-one at the address to sign for the goods. If you have a delivery request please complete the 'notes' section at the checkout or email email@example.com as soon as the order has been placed. If you have not received your order within the time frame stated above please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. Please note all orders placed after 3pm will not be processed until the next working day. Delivery times exclude bank holidays.
UK Standard (Free Delivery) & Rest of the UK
All orders dispatched using this service will be delivered within 5 working days. A signature will be required upon receipt however if no-one is at the address, the parcel may be left with a neighbour or in a safe place unless otherwise requested. EU and International
All deliveries should be made within approximately 10 working days however some countries may experience delays due to customs which is beyond our control. Customers may also have to pay custom duties and tax. These are local fees and are a cost to the customer and are not included in the invoice from Stitch and Ware. Once dispatched customers will receive an email notification with a tracking number. All deliveries will require a signature upon receipt. If you have not received your order within the time frame specified above, please email email@example.com. Please note all orders placed after 3pm will not be processed until the next working day.
Please note: If the weight of your order exceeds 2kg, shipping is charged at £30. You will be notified of this at the checkout.
In line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers have 28 days from delivery of their order to return all or part of their order for a refund or exchange.
The cost of returning an order is the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed by Stitch and Ware.
Returned orders are the responsibility of the customer until they reach our warehouse. Once received, an email notifying you of receipt will be sent.
All items must be returned in their original condition and will be inspected upon their return.
Please allow 5 working days for funds to show back in your account.
All exchanges are subject to availability. If we are unable to fulfill your exchange request we will contact you. All exchanges will be sent using our Standard delivery option. If you require the exchange urgently please write this clearly on your returns form. Please note that an upgraded delivery option may incur a charge.
We recommend using a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods that you are returning. We also advise that you retain your proof of postage until you have received confirmation of it's receipt at our warehouse.
Further delivery instructions can be found on the returns form enclosed with your order. Please ensure the enclosed form is completed in full as failure to do so may result in a delay with your refund or exchange. If you have lost the returns form please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we can issue you with a replacement.
Faulty Returns / Incorrect Orders
If you have received an item that is faulty or incorrect please email email@example.com prior to returning the item/s back to us so that we can issue you with a reference number.
