Do I need to have an account before I can place an order online?

No not at all! When you reach the checkout you will be given the option to sign into your account (unless already done so) or place an order as a guest. By making an account however you will be able to save addresses and track past orders which can make future orders much quicker. 

How do I make a purchase?

You can either shop directly from the homepage or by selecting a category from the drop down menu on the top left hand side of the page. Simply click on the product you're interested in, select the size/ colour (if applicable) and click 'Add to Cart'. The product will automatically be in your basket ready for when you wish to make the purchase. Once you have finished shopping click on 'My Cart' in the top right hand corner. You can make adjustments if necessary before clicking on 'Check Out' where you'll be directed to another page to complete the transaction. Please ensure you thoroughly check all your details before entering your card details and completing the order.

Can I order by telephone?

Unfortunately for security reasons we are unable to take orders over the phone. We will be more than happy to guide you through the shopping process or reserve stock (if available) for you if you email hello@stitchandware.com.

Do you have a shop?

Unfortunately we do not have a shop however you are welcome to collect/ return online orders from our registered office. You can also take a sneak peek at some of our featured stock.

What if an item is out of stock?

We make every effort to replenish stock as quickly as possible to not leave our customers disappointed however if an item is out of stock please email hello@stitchandware.com and we can advise you when the item/s will be restocked, reserving products for you if necessary. We do like to keep the website looking fresh by changing the stock regularly however, so you may find that once a product has sold out it will not be available to purchase again.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Is Stitch & Ware secure?

We use Shopify payments to process all our debit and credit card transactions. Shopify is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is an information security standard for organizations that handle credit card and debit card information. Defined by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council, the standard was created to increase controls around credit card data to reduce credit card fraud via its exposure.

I've made a mistake with my order. What should I do?

Firstly, don't panic! Mistakes can be easily rectified providing you contact us as soon as possible by emailing hello@stitchandware.com. 

My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?

If your order hasn't arrived within the time frame specified please contact us straight away by emailing hello@stitchandware.com and a member of our customer service team will resolve the issue as quickly as possible. I have received the wrong item/ my item is faulty.

In the rare event that you receive a faulty or incorrect item please email hello@stitchandware.com as soon as possible. Please provide us with your order number along with details of the fault or error. We will then provide you with a unique reference number in order for all or part of your order to be returned. All exchanges are subject to availability.
