We hope that your are happy with your purchase however if you change your mind, customers have 28 days to return their item/s for a refund or exchange. All items must be returned in their original condition.

Returns can be made to our Pop Up shop in Woodstock up until 12th November 2018 (full address below). After this date, returns will need to be posted to our business address.

Postal Returns

The cost of returning an item/s by post is the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed by Stitch and Ware.

Returned orders are the responsibility of the customer until they reach our warehouse. Once received, an email notifying you of receipt will be sent.

All items must be returned in their original condition and will be inspected upon their return. 

Please allow 5 working days for funds to show back in your account.

All exchanges are subject to availability. If we are unable to fulfill your exchange request we will contact you. All exchanges will be sent using our Standard delivery option. If you require the exchange urgently please write this clearly on your returns form. Please note that an upgraded delivery option may incur a charge. 

We recommend using a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods that you are returning. We also advise that you retain your proof of postage until you have received confirmation of it's receipt at our warehouse.  

Faulty Returns

If you have received an item that is faulty please email hello@stitchandware.com prior to returning the item/s back to us so that we can issue you with a reference number.
